Track Your Order

Every TheraVitalize order ships with tracking. Here is how to follow your delivery from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

1. Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes of placing your order. This email contains your order number.

2. Shipping confirmation and tracking number

Your order is handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as it ships, we email you a shipping confirmation containing your carrier name, tracking number, and a direct tracking link. Clicking that link opens the live tracking page for your shipment.

3. Track from your account

If you created an account at checkout, you can sign in at any time and open your order to see its current status and tracking details.

4. Track directly with the carrier

You can also enter your tracking number on the carrier's own website:

Expected delivery time

Total delivery time is 6 to 11 business days. That is 1 to 3 business days of handling plus 5 to 8 business days of carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Cannot find your tracking number?

Check your spam or promotions folder first, since shipping confirmations sometimes land there. If it still has not arrived, email us at support@TheraVitalize.com with your order number and we will send your tracking details the same business day.
